Payment Methods

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & AMEX.

Credit card orders must have verifiable shipping addresses and will only be sent to the billing address of the card holder.

Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks: We do accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks or Personal Checks

COD - Collect On Delivery: We DO NOT ship COD due to the large amount of fraud and refused packages.



Shipping Information

SHIPPING ADDRESS: PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT:

SpotlightOnKaraoke.com will only ship product to addresses that are registered with your credit card company.

Credit card orders must have verifiable shipping addresses and will only be sent to the billing address of the card holder. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, you must call your credit card company and register that address as one of your "Ship To" locations. If your shipping address does not match during our credit card verification, your order will not ship!

SpotlightOnKaraoke.com ships only to an addresses within the 50 United States and APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to locations within Texas are subject to sales tax.

Shipping To Hawaii & Alaska: Since UPS only offers 2nd Day and Next Day service to these two states, we offer USPS Priority Mail Service as a more affordable option for our AK & HI customers.

SpotlightOnKaraoke.com can not ship to PO Boxes.

Military APO/FPO: We utilize USPS (as required by law) Priority Mail for our APO/FPO customers. There are no exceptions.

Orders must be PAID IN FULL prior to shipping.

SpotlightOnKaraoke.com reserves the right to refuse shipment to any company, individual and/or country.

We have a large inventory in stock. Orders received before Noon, 12:00 CST, Mon-Fri, will be shipped the same day. Most items are available and can be shipped out within 24 hours. Occasionally we do require back order, which normally would take an extra 2-3 business days. We'll notify you if we can not ship within 3 business days.

FREE SHIPPING for cdg orders totaling $100 or more (this offer does not include cdgs on special).

Every cdg order (excluding cdgs on special) totaling $100.00 or more will qualify for free UPS Ground or USPS Shipping (our choice). Any combination of cdgs totaling at least $100 (before tax & shipping) that are not on the specials pages will qualify for free shipping. If your order consists of qualifying cdgs, non-qualifying cdgs, or any equipment, shipping will be charged for the equipment and for the non-qualifying cdgs, but shipping will not be charged for the qualifying cdgs. We ship most orders (especially hardware orders) via UPS. We prefer to use UPS as they have proven to be a reliable shipper and we are able to track the progress of your shipment at any time. We purchase insurance on all packages in case of damage or loss.

Most orders shipped with this offer will be delivered within 5 - 7 Business Days. ("Business Days " DO NOT include the day your order was shipped or picked up by UPS, or Saturday, Sunday or Holidays). Most orders placed Weekdays before 12:00 Noon CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 Noon CST, or on the weekends will ship the following Business Day.

Delivery dates with UPS Ground are NOT guaranteed--especially around the holiday season...

Holiday Notes:

The UPS guarantee does not apply to UPS Ground shipments that are picked up or scheduled to be delivered between Dec. 12 and Dec. 25.

Time-in-transit notes: On UPS holidays - Nov. 22, Dec. 25, and Jan. 1 - there is no time in transit movement for any packages tendered to UPS. Also, Nov. 23, Dec. 24, and Dec. 31 are "UPS air and international package" transit days only. For other UPS services, these are not transit days.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend you call us at 972-881-1403 and select and pay a premium for an expedited shipping method that offers a guaranteed delivery date.

Premium Delivery Services:

UPS - You can elect "Air" services such as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Select shipping. UPS has Saturday delivery available for Next Day Air packages in Most UPS delivery areas on Fridays only for additional $10 fee.

Please keep in mind that "Air" shipping is more expensive especially with heavier weights and bigger boxes (box dimensions) as you are essentially "buying" space on an aircraft.

Shipping Methods (General Information)

UPS Next Day Usually arrives in 24 to 48 hours. Available for US48 address only. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

UPS Second Day Usually arrives in 48 to 72 hours. Available for US48 address only. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

UPS Ground Time in transit varies per location. Available for US48 address only. No Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

Saturday Delivery Service available on orders placed only on Fridays to limited delivery areas in the US48.

Saturday Pickup Available only for US48 address only on Air Services

APO/FPO By USPS Priority Mail. Time in transit varies based on location.

USPS Express Mail Next Day Service available to many zipcodes but must be posted before 11:30 some locations

USPS Priority Mail 1-3 day service to most domestic destinations

Returns

GENERAL INFORMATION:

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges in returning any defective or unopened products to us.

All returns must be pre-approved by SpotlightOnKaraoke.com’s return department and will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA number). We not accept any return shipment or process any returns without this prior authorization. You'll need to place the RA Number on the outside of the package you are sending back to us. Please attach an envelope stating this is a return with the return authorization number and a copy of the original invoice enclosed.

SpotlightOnKaraoke.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any merchandise that is received damaged. The Defective Returned item must be received by SpotlightOnKaraoke.com within 15 days after the RA was issued, otherwise we will not accept the return.

All returns MUST be in original condition, subject to our approval. All equipment must be packaged properly, returned in it's original box with original packaging materials and must include any owner manuals, connecting cables, remotes, batteries, and all accessories and blank warranty cards, as received.. Any software included in the package and/or additional items provided must be returned.

We suggest you insure your shipment back to us to protect yourself against damage or loss as SpotlightOnKaraoke.com is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments

RETURNING CDs, CDGs, VC:

Returns:

We will exchange or refund your full purchase price on any unopened karaoke discs within 15 days of the date you received your package. However, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to any and all unopened returns containing 3 or more discs.

Due to the nature of software sales and copyright laws, opened software cannot be returned or refunded for anything other than the replacement of the identical item purchased. We are not able to provide a refund for any opened/unwrapped discs.

Since some karaoke music collections are not wrapped in sealed packages, they are not returnable for any reason other than exchange in the case of a broken or defective CD, i.e. one that will not play.

While we make every attempt to be sure the products we sell are the best available, we can not guarantee the arrangements, keys, backup vocals or production values of the musical arrangements on the karaoke software we sell (we do not produce this software). Therefore, we can not accept exchanges or returns of that software for any of the above mentioned reasons, except in the event that software is still wrapped.

Defective:

SpotlightOnKaraoke.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any merchandise that is received damaged. The Defective Returned item must be received by SpotlightOnKaraoke.com within 15 days after the RA was issued, otherwise we will not accept the return.

Any defective discs may be returned only for replacement of the same title. Discs that have been written on in any way (front or back) are not returnable as writing on the disc is what may have made it defective.

EQUIPMENT:

If you are not satisfied with our product, within 15 days of receipt of your shipment you may return items with the original invoice provided.

You will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for a UPS ground shipping fee.

Returns with Broken or Missing Items:

Equipment returned for any reason, that has broken or missing parts or is otherwise in non-sellable condition, will be charged 30% re-stocking fee plus cost of replacing any missing parts.

Defective or damaged when received:

We guarantee that all our equipment will work out of the box, or we will ship you a new one! Contact us immediately and we will try to troubleshoot your problem over the phone. If we are unable to resolve your problem, we will assist you in returning the defective machine and we will send you a new machine AT OUR EXPENSE. The customer, however, is responsible for all shipping charges in returning any defective or unopened products to us. All returns must be insured. If damage or loss occurs during the return shipment, you will be responsible for any and all replacement / repair fees. Items received with apparent misuse or neglect will not be acceptable for return and will be returned to customer

SpotlightOnKaraoke.com must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any merchandise that is received damaged. The Defective Returned item must be received by SpotlightOnKaraoke.com within 15 days after the RA was issued, otherwise we will not accept the return.

All replacements / exchanges will be shipped out within 48 hours of receipt providing that the item is in stock. Karaoke CDG Music will cover Ground Shipping fees. For faster shipping, extra fees may be applied.

We will gladly exchange any shipping-damaged or manufacturer defective equipment within 15 days of the purchase date. Please inspect your package and notify us immediately in the event of any problem when you received your package. All replacement items are shipped out via UPS Ground, however, you have the option to pay the difference in shipping to obtain your replacement faster.

Any subsequent defects will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. After the 15 days, the manufacturer’s warranty is in effect. You MUST provide your original invoice and return the equipment to the manufacturer in it’s original packaging. Please save your receipt for warranty repair and mail in the warranty information to the manufacturer.

Please do not try to repair the equipment yourself as this could void your warranty. All products we carry have a warranty and all our manufacturers offer great service work.

Exchanges

We'll be happy to exchange your product for a similar or better product. Non-defective equipment may be upgraded, at the SpotlightOnKaraoke.com’s discretion and subject to the ȁoriginal condition restrictions”, described in the returns section. A 15% restocking fee will be charged, and the exchange must be within 15 days of the original invoice date.

You will be responsible for any shipping fees. Equipment is not sold on a trial basis.

Cancel Your Order

If you need to cancel an order DO NOT EMAIL US---Please call us immediately! An email may not get to our shipping department in time to pull the order off our dock. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for canceled orders that leave our dock, including any return shipping charges from UPS for refused orders.
